Managing Director
Jeremy is an experienced business leader with a career spanning small, mid-size and large businesses and corporations in finance, banking, management consulting, government, tourism, mining services, and civil construction. Jeremy’s journey began in a family travel business and has grown to include roles in business consulting, acquisitions, divestments, commercial banking, and heavy equipment sales.
Currently, Jeremy is the Managing Director of FinOps Group Pty Ltd, a startup focused on business and management consulting, as well as commercial, Agri, asset/equipment, and property finance. He oversees all aspects of the business, including development, project execution, finance, and risk management.
Previously, Jeremy held senior roles at Coleman’s Equipment Pty Ltd, ANZ, JPAbusiness Pty Ltd, and PYBAR Mining Services, where he managed operations, led teams, and drove strategic growth. His qualifications include a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, a Diploma in Information Technology, and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Management.
Jeremy is passionate about helping businesses succeed, enjoys the challenges of entrepreneurship, and values family and community. He has served as President of the Orange District Basketball Association and is actively involved in personal and professional development.
Shelley Taberner

Shelley Taberner is an experienced and highly organised professional with a strong background in medical practice management, executive support, and people leadership. Throughout her career, Shelley has held significant roles as a Practice Manager, Personal Assistant, and Executive Assistant, consistently demonstrating her ability to streamline operations, support business leaders as well as being part of the senior leadership, and manage diverse teams. Recently joining FinOps Group, Shelley has completed her training as a Finance and Mortgage Broker. She leverages her extensive experience in managing people, businesses, and organisations to support a wide range of clients across diverse industries, providing practical advice, innovative finance solutions, and strategies aimed at enhancing resilience and growth in business. Shelley is known for her integrity, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail in every role she undertakes. Her commitment to the community is evident through her board-level involvement in not-for-profit organisations, where she has played a key role in governance, strategy, and service delivery.
